Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for IACTACON 2027 Kolkata, you agree to the following guidelines regarding your participation and payment:
- Methods: We accept UPI Payments.
- Currency: All fees are payable in INR. Registrants are responsible for any currency conversion or bank charges.
- Confirmation: Your seat is confirmed only after full payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent within 7 working days.
- Substitutions: Unable to attend? You may transfer your registration to a colleague by notifying us in writing 45 days before the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to iactacon2027@gmail.com.

Important: A 40% administration fee may be deducted from all eligible refunds. All refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.

- Data Use: Personal data (Name, Email, Phone) is used solely for registration management and providing event updates.
- Secure Payments: Payment information is processed securely through our Bank.
- Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and facilitate your conference experience.
